i wrote kallaye a message and aked him about uploading mp3s,he said he had trouble making them so i coverted the first 5 of his songs to mp3 for him and uploaded them to mediafire here

Did you asked him permission to put the tracks on TIMGUL though? Normally you have to do since some people may only want their tracks to be at one location. (altough personally I wouldn't mind if my tracks were uploaded somewhere else providing they are well credited since more people would see my work  )

No no no, don't worry, I would have said it even if it wasn't kallaye. I don't want to hold a grudge against kallaye (and I hope he doesn't hold one either towards me), he apologised and clarified stuff and I even unblocked him on Youtube (as said in one of my post)
