DESCRIPTION- After a long time of making tunes & working out how to use certain software, I managed to create Music using external samples & add rolling movies to compliment the tunes I produce. This is the 2nd to last track made using the above process. BIG Fan of the Predator movies so had to try & make something along those lines. Hopefully got good atmosphere and good melodies etc.

The movie was banned from Youtube due to copywrite but you can view on my Facebook page, videos are all active but most of the mp3 files have been corrupted in some way

Months have passed since creating 'the Nasty'

Irndemon upon hearing this tune created/had the idea for Metal Skeleton.

Now 7 parts have risen and hopefully I have a tune about to be added to this ultimate series.

From the sample I had for 'the Nasty '09 Remix' I have begun to create my unique version. 'Beat Down' also spawned from this skin but Metal Skeleton hopefully flows through this in a totally different way.

4 song samples to listen to and give me yr feedback, which bits to keep, which to ditch. Total tune length 14m52. No outside samples used.

Sample 1- Original opening to Nasty '09, Metal Skeleton Beats.

Sample 2- 7m30 into whole version. Created after listening to Irndemons PARTS 1 & 2. Pretty straight forward, cuts into some different melodies/synths.

Sample 3- From around 10m. Hardest sample, loadsa beats. Big BASS comes in.

Sample 4- End of song most recently made 13m30 New melody, quite a few layers. Big Beat.

For obvious reasons the tune doesn't want to be 15m long, its not that good. If you can help me out, much appreciated. Think I will start it again, screen is getting too busy. 4 memory card blocks!!

DESCRIPTION- From the file I had saved from the Vault I started to add more to the melody plus loads of new samples for a different sound. Tweaked the percussion somewhat and after reading some of the latest topics, added a few fun extras. 

Listening back to the tune I thought 'Beat Down' fitted quite nicely.

DESCRIPTION- As I didn't really like my 1st remix attempt of 'Blazing 2007' I decided to have another go. I hadn't changed a lot of the percussion so I have added and changed sounds with loads of samples. Pretty much 1 BIG BASS line throughout so I could here the percussion clearer, added melodies along the way. Not a totally complete tune but still not bad. Only around 14 samples used.

DESCRIPTION- Finally uploaded the Full version of the Machine as 1 tune. Added lots of reverb to percussion but haven't changed the melodies, untouched from what I had originally. Quite a long tune due to laying samples down to see what I liked, now gonna break it down and make something new. 25 Samples used.

Been wanting to update this tune for a while, kept some of the same Bass lines but added a new 16 bar melody with loads of extra/different percussion. 2m30 sound test of a chopped up free flowing version. Thanks to irndemon for putting up loads of samples, good reference points if ya stuck 

I adjust the volume slightly during playback, only 1 notch at a time. Beat might be out of control

Had this tune for a couple of months, needing something..think I found some things that go well together. This is a complilation of the melodies in the tune with a generic beat playin almost continuously. Melodies are not necessarily in the same order as the Full tune. Short edition mp3, plenty of different sounds. Video to come soon

DESCRIPTION- After some helpful hints from irndemon and the amazing tracks being produced, I have managed to create something pretty hardcore. The Full tune,which is 10m. This is the original skin for the 10m mix of S.o.S and Synth Assault, reworked with Big beats/snares..lots of sub bass/synths. Added loads to it and made it a lot louder.

Most of the same samples i've kept in but also added some new ones..the first version had no reverb and the beat was well dodgy. Hopefully this tune is much better and the new parts are sounding pretty LARGE

when I selected Headphones it sounded much better. Maybe you guys already know this. If so, why didn't you share? If not, then try it..The percussion in my tune Stalker sounded great, real Dnb hats..BASS was fantastic

DESCRIPTION- Had a savefile for STALKER2 for absolutely ages, had some pretty nice samples down so I thought about time for a makeover..totally reworked into what I think is probably the closest i've gotten to some real dnb sounding tune, I mean its continuos beats/BASS lots of melodies, changing rhythms all sorts goin' on. One tune I could definitely carry on forever..shame my sample memory is full 
Kept the same idea for the second half on my NEW REMIX just made it better and took out some of the dodgy sounds and the percussion is a bit crisper aswell

Listened to this tune a couple of days ago through my speakers and it was ok, added lots more since then so I hope its under control, (Lots of reverb/layers.)

So Going through some old files thought i'd have a look for a few good ones that I haven't added yet..

1. Aerobics(2nd edition) Pretty fast,LOUD..loads of bass, good rhythm
2. Exile 2005- This one evolved into Exile AD, much better than this tune. Not bad, slower than usual. (Sound could be better.)
3. Exile 2007- Shortened version of the original created around 2002. Bout as far as my strings go..still got the save for this, would love to make a decent version
4. Feedback- Not really the name of the tune just all you'll hear..unfortunately a bad recording But early Dnb when I started to stop using pre-made riffs
5. Feel the Groove- Mix of pre-made and my own ideas, again the sound isn't great but it isn't bad either..Dnb..loads of beats
6. Lullaby Remix- Mental tune, loads of different sounds..moved this tune here from its own previous topic.
(I have recently tried to make a NEW version of this without success.)
7. Mars Attacks- This tune evolved into Mars Reborn..quite Bass heavy would love to attempt this 1 again
8. Piano tune- Lots of pre-made riffs in this one with some of my own created samples..lots of bass

DESCRIPTION- Got the bug for writing melodies, new tune with lots. Different drums to my usual but it all works out in the end. 2 versions, 1st has more happy sounds, 2nd is a little more creative and a darker edge.
Basically started writing a tune then listened back the next day and wanted to change the 1st melody, but instead of just replacing it I made a whole new tune but keeping the same percussion as the 1st version..

Very OLD song I made, think when I first got hold of MUSIC2000 back in 2000/2001..

sampled a vocal from "Going back to cali" Notorious BIG and Puff Daddy..don't know if you know the song but its great, anyway just sampled puff saying 7.30 flight and made a tune..don't actually think it's in this song but it is in the 1st and 3rd versions

Recording is not the best as tapes suck after 7 yrs, this tune was on my memory card that cleared but I thought i'd put it up as its pretty cool

Updated into mp3 minus annoying clicky percussion..

Been updating some of my tunes, liked this one to start with but Seipher commented on a paticular sample that sounds quite clicky and overpowering. Sample replaced with something a bit softer and as I was changing that I decided to add more percussion and melodies..sample is 808tom (MUSIC2000) it is in a few of my tunes, Sting of Tellus it is quite annoying..updating some, but Sting of Tellus has evolved so can't alter original..doesn't sound too bad through headphones, but you definitely wanna make good use of the subs..

DESCRIPTION- Back to the usual 178bpm for this DnB synth inspired mashup, tried out some new samples and some old in what I think is a pretty decent sounding tune, after finally noticing the topic about getting your samples in stereo, I tried to re-write what I had already into a better sounding tune. Unfortunately I couldn't change all of what I had due my screen being totally full, so some samples are enhanced mainly the background synths and tinker bell melody..the original version is what I had in the first place, no changes at all..



The second edition is slightly altered to fit in the cloned riffs, normally I have most of my bass and beats in 2 channels so having them in 4 proved difficult in more ways than 1. Distortion, overwriting sounds etc..but here is the stereo version



The melody sounds different aswell, mainly as I tend to alter the note sample start quite a lot, as you have to have one sample starting from the start I had a bit of difficulty with the technique, but, all future tunes I write will incorporate this method..hopefully!!?? Please leave comments as to what you think as feedback is always appreciated..CHEERS LOTS!!

DNB tune, lots of BASS. Did have a different version but I came up with a new BASS line which is present at the start, going to make a full version of that sound, comments appreciated as I haven't started the new BASS version yet..

Hi i'm Jim from the UK, I go by the name 147 crew. I got the name from the Pizza hut I once worked in.. HUT NO 147. Sounds ok.. I don't write music seriously, just having fun with sounds, sometimes it sounds good..sometimes not..but hey MUSIC is supposed to be enjoyed and when I didn't enjoy what was being released and I wanted to hear MUSIC I decided to write my own..I mean chart MUSIC sucks nowadays, well most of it..still listen to Dnb but not much else. So DnB is my favourite genre, but am open to most styles, I love heavy BASS lines, melodic harmonies, anything with rhythm basically, hope you enjoy my MUSIC..

I have used MUSIC2000 n 3000 since around 2000 suprisingly.. BRING ON THE BASS!!
