Welcome Back In 1995 (Eurodance track)

Here's another new track from me. I think I finally got the right 90s eurodance sound, not sure yet, but I think the basslines are pretty close as well as pads, guitar and synths. Hence the title ^^. The main part of the melody is pretty similar to my Magix Music Maker song called Everest as well as Firestorm and The Summer Trance. If you liked eurodance from back in 1994-1996 you should like this track. It also goes at 150 BPM, which was pretty common back in the days (eurodance songs were between 130 and 155 BPM most of the time).

thanks a lot. I noticed that sometimes you make a track and even at high speed it still sound slow. I am not sure why this happens, does it have something to do with the basslines? Or does it depend on the melody? Sometimes the opposite happens too. For example my song Grooving To The Melody always seems faster than my song Grooving To The Melody (Acid Dream Remix), even if they are at equal BPM

The only problem I got with this track is that i heard weird noises sometimes (low pitched piano or guitar), then I realised I accidentally set the pads so they have an echo note effect. When there's more than one note effect playing at once it glitches sometimes in Music 2000. For now I only applied an effect on the piano and it sounds fine

i would say 95-96 is when i first started seeking out dance music...
this tune has a perfect feel for time and place.
awesome bass line. is this music 2000?
sweet melody. love the progressions. theres only one way to describe your music and thats...

would fit into a dj set easily.
and yeah its fast but then not. maybe the bass does have something to do with it?
anyway really awesome tune, would be on the dance floor smiling my arse off!

I love this one so much, it's so much fun and totally captures the eurodance style. Great progression in this track. I usually think that female vocals are essential for eurodance music, but you have sucessfully created a very interesting instrumental song, bravo! I used to be a big fan of Masterboy way back, are you familiar with them?

Although I was never a big fan of eurodance I know a good tune when I hear one and this is definitely one.

Superb melody work, superbly produced, you`ve certainly achieved what you wanted with this track Omni.

As for the speed of the track, I think it sounds faster when you have a double bass after the kick like in this song, you know, like a BOOM dada BOOM dada BOOM dada BOOM dada, rather than a BOOM da BOOM da BOOM da BOOM da...hope that makes sense?!
