I`ve just spent the best part of four hours working on a new tune (with no memory card) only for it to go and crash!!!!

Ha ha, cheers Stonecold, it`s a bastard when that happens! It`s happened a couple of times, when I enter the riff editor the whole thing just freezes! Not good!
I have a memory card but it may as well be a block of cheese, it`s useless.
Ah well, I guess some songs are just never meant to be...
Damn..I hate it when that happens,...It usually gets me when i try to exit the riff editor.....So i save every couple of riffs or so.

The card I have at the min was bought from Play.com, I can`t remember the specifics but it was described as having LOTS of memory. Which it clearly hasn`t!
PS1 cards are hard to come by, but I suppose I`ll have to do some searching!
ebay. Got 2 for £3.00 and another 1 brand new for £3.50 + 1.50 p+p. However i got outbid on another one that went for £9 wtf?!
:) Try ebay,...I bought a job lot of 7 Joytech mem cards,....Worked out 2.75 each then got one free surprise...now have 8. Lots on there usually,..I would recomend them over the original sony ones.

man that sucks massive dick big time , i have been there mate, a few times, i think we all have at some point, i lost this tune once and it was as good as earth unknown, maybe even better, i went ape baboon shit all over the place, i just wanted to cry, die, smash shit up, rip my playstation in half, and knowing i could never do the same thing again was a real kick in the nuts,:( im just so glad i don't have to put up with that shit anymore, and that i have Cristal clear sound now with no headache static shite buzzing my brain out my head when i make a tune on my ear phones lol,

I been there as well, and I know how you feel, its a truely sickening feeling. Best you can do is try to make something new to help you forget about it. It was really aggravating for me when I lost tracks, it caused me to change to style a few times. It was a way of helping me move on.
i wondered if anyone was gonna pick up on that lol but i didn't really mean it in the literal sense , but yep it was funny lol ;D
