Cheers, F2S! Honored you think it sounds like some of your work, I didn't think I was capable of making stuff as cracked-out-insane-but-in-the-best-way-possible that you've been able to do!

Hahaha! Really glad you like it as much as you do, RS! Yeah, it has got a slight Leftfield-ish feel to it, now I look back on it. Glad it makes it sound all the better, though.

When am I not up to my sample mixing hijinks, Knowlesy? XD

Glad you like it, man! Gonna be breaking the track up and making two versions of it, btw; one with the offbeat percussion and one with the funekier drumbeat, you'll be happy to hear.

Heh, I should hope so, one of the chord sequences is based off of Canon in D! XD

Cheers, Joe!

It is kinda spacey, actually, even with the heavy Industrial flavorings! Glad you like it, Joe! Looking foward to part 6 of the TIMGUL Report man!

Cheers, man! Which is why it only pains me to say, 2 years on, that I've grown out of favor with this track. D: Reckon I could probably do something similar to this these days, but much better.

Rock/Metal/Pop / Rage Without Reason [SYNTHPOP, GAME]

Struggled with this track for a while, in that i had the Chorus melody and all of the chords sorted out, but no melody for the verse. Managed to nail it today, though. All in all i reckon the tracks taken about 4 or 5 hours spread over about a month or so, counting the two hours of final additions, touch ups, volume mixing and whatnot. I reckon this features one of the best basslines I've thrown together in a while, the tune being played both using a meaty synthpop sounding sample mix, and a more acid-styled one, bouncing between the two and playing at the same time occasionally, backed by some dreamy synths and drums that alternate/mix between a "real" drumkit with some Tam/Hat licks and a Digital-Drum-Esque type beat.

Enjoy!

Heh, thanks, Droppin! Glad you like it, man.

Hahaha, thanks, Droppin! Apritiate it, man. Yeah, I always try to make sure the genres I mix flow together well.

Glad you like it, man! Yeah, Rotterdam Techno is very Happy-Hardcore influenced.

Oh god, me and my puns.

Another Mother 3.5 track, which i spent crafting for a couple'a hours this afternoon. Another example of just how much i've been improving recently, this. Can't really think of a lot to say. Mixed industrial with Synthpop, shuffled the key around in-song, and this is the result.

Enjoy!

A reworked version of a song from one of the many projects under my belt. Not a whole lot to say beyond 'i've shifted a few things around, added some new bits, and removed the vocals due to memory limitations causing the file to crash upon loading, requiring me to load riffs and rebuild the song from there'.

Enjoy!

A preview of a track i've got yet to finish, done for the Mother 3.5 project. When it's finished, i hope to have the instrumental version played in-game, and i'll try to see if i can get ahold of someone to spit bars over a couple of sections for a bonus version of the track. Features probably the best edited version of the Breaker loops i've done.

Enjoy the preview!

Cheers, you two!

@ NaN - Yeah, You Can Do Anything was from the JAP soundtrack. If you haven#t heard it, seriously, go give the OST a listen; the American one is good in it's own right, but in my mind, it never really QUITE fit the game. The JAP Sonic CD soundtrack is, to me, the atypical Sonic OST. It just sounds so perfectly matched to the series (well, the Oldschool series) that i'm shocked the style was never really followed up on in any other game. But, hey, thats the way things go. And the song kinda mixes elements of a Good Future, Present, and Past song, i just felt it fit Past the most. Mostly the part which features the solo using the 'Flute Hit' sample.

A tune heavily inspired by the Japanese version of the soundtrack from Sonic CD, which was very early-90s-techno/house inspired. One of the best tunes i've done in a while, i reckon.

Enjoy!

Disregard the comments about it being unfinished: the file completely corrupted. However, the way the song is setup, it can still thankfully be used as an 'intro' song, so i'm going to keep it.
