I had NO IDEA where to stick these two, lol :P

Both songs are like a jazzy hip-hop'ish kinda mellow groove.  You'll see for yourself.  Hope you enjoy.

Very nice rhythm, and awesome bassline!!!!!!
Oh my god I TOTALLY love the little bit of portamento-slide acid! So quirky, adding some real nice flavour to the tune, is quite reminiscent of some early, classic house stuff - would like to hear it with a bit of delay on it!
Awesome job on the additional melody at 2:25 - I really like how you arrange your melodies in such a funky way.
Excellent piece!

PS - which sample did you use for the "little bit of portamento-slide acid"

These are both awesome. Love the world beat percussion to open up Tropical Fish, which for some reason makes me think of Toejam & Earl for the Genesis ^_^
Fear 2 Stop are: Billy Castillo (me), Dana Castillo (my wife) Raymond Proseus (best friend)http://www.soundclick.com/fear2stop

funny you mention that :P the samples I used are actually from a Sega Genesis game called "Wacky Worlds", and the "jazz" instruments are similar to those of the ones used in TJ&E

Wow I like this. THis just came up in  my music player and it reminded me of Ace of Base but also Sega Genesis music at the same time. Awesome sound you got there. I like the melody and sounds used. :D
