They should make rap and hip-hop like this

I like the style used with the rap beat

pillagemyvillage

ah cool i recognise those strings from mtvmg2.
this is excellent! i would never have thought about making this kinda style of track with those strings...
the bass is really good.
i used to think i was the only person producing with mtvmg... but now this site just keeps giving more and more awesome producers... you have raised the bar.
really catchy tune... would love to have this in my car turned right up... that bass is killing me!  :D

Not a Number

Pretty decent for a hip-hop song (seeing as I despise about 98% of rap songs in the charts).

i know what you mean....thats why i dont listen to the radio anymore...i make data cd's to listen to with trance, dnb, and old school hip hop, underground hip hop and the occasional artist (depends who it is though).  i hate it when i listen to one song on the radio, change the station, and that same ass song is on right where it left off from....im like "are you serious?"

hahaha

DarkBliss

Yeah, this is pretty cool too, just goes to show the variety of genres that can be created with Music! :D

Can I suggest 1 of my songs?

It`s called "We Wait" and has a distinct flavour of old school hiphop to it (De La Soul, Public Enemy, Cypress Hill etc) and even features a sample from Eminem! (Who I can`t stand!)

I know you`re down with your hiphop so you may like it.

I just wish I could have someone rapping over the top of it!
