hi friends.abut 6 or 7 months ago,a dude who calls himself TCG,from the netherlands contacted me on showcase your music about my song change yourself.he said he wanted to do a remix and asked me to send him mp3 vocal samples of me and also asked if i would manually record the vocal samples i used by cathy on mmg1/music 2000.i did and sent them.about 2 weeks later he sent me a 50 second preview of his remix,he said he used  some kind of sampling keyboard and i think he said he used REASON software.anyway it was an intro, really.i liked it a lot,but i have not heard from the dude since.so i decided to take what he had done and make a trance single on the magix,it came out pretty good ,not perfect, but i am no perfectionist,i am all about getting the cool free music out:)i am posting it here for my friends.especially pilagemyvillage who has said that he really likes the original version, please check this out and let me know what you think:)i will have new generator tunes soon,i am still a diehard MUSIC GEN fanatic lol and always will be. casper

Wow that's awesome man, I really love this. Nice job. starts very smooth then it kicks in and I like the beat and especially that part near the end with the acid stuff. I only made two Magix songs so far

Casper AudioGhost

thanks bro:)magix is very cool, lot's of capabiilities but it has a somewhat tedious and frusttating interface.the version i have i picked up on claerence a couple years back and i'm just now kinda getting the hang of it.2 things i really like about it are 1 it's basically multi track recording software, meaning i can record a basic drum and bass track on mmg, import to magix, add vocals with a mic, keyboard riffs even, hell i could hook an electric guitar to it-it has guitar amp simulator.2 the video maker,is easier to use than windows movie maker and has alot of extra effects and clips.even if yer not into vid making, this might make you want to.and the best part is i got my magix on clearence at target  for 8 bucks US :)i love overlooked and discarded  treasures like mmg and magix.thanks for listening                                       casper

I found MMM to be the easiest to use Music Making program on the computer, but the bugs makes it annoying to use and if I want to create my own samples it's way too much ressource intensive. It's like if I had about 200 youtube video tabs open in Opera, Firefox or Internet Explorer

Casper AudioGhost

i totally understand, omnimaga.in fact,im sure my magix crashed at least 3 times during the making of this track.ive had to learn the hard way to save often.i wonder if there is a pc that runs it smoothly or is it just abnormally buggy                                              casper

idk, I have an Intel Celeron 2.93 GHz with 1 GB of DDR RAM, 80 GB harddrive, Realtek AC97 soundcard, ATI Radeon 9250+ (PCI) 128 MB video card and the software says it should run fine on like a Pentium III 700 MHz if I remember, so idk, it must just require load of ressources for complex songs

DarkBliss

Wow, this is F***in brilliant Casper! Starts off very chilled and thoughtfull, your vocals are suberb as always, can imagine driving around, windows wound down as the sun sets to this.

Then the acid effects at the end, brilliant.

I`ve been thinking about upgrading from Music 2000 to something else for a while now but don`t know what to get. I don`t want anything too complicated but at the same time I want something with a little more power. Would Magix be a good purchase?

Anyway, this is a brilliant tune mate!

wow thanks guys, your compliments are way flattering:) yes i think magix is very cool,if a little difficult but i reccomend looking for older versions to find a match for what ever your hardwares capability might be.if you can, never pay full price look for bargains.i am going to post the original sample intro TCG sent me  so if anyone wants to play around and do a mix you can, cheer all of you cool people:)
