darn this was great, especially when the church organ starts, it took me back in that Demon Crest game on the SNES. Nice job :)

Thank you very much! This song is really old. I'm guessing 2000 or early 2001.

I`m always impressed with the production values of your work, how long on average does it take you to create a track?

This is brilliant, very atmospheric and those church organs, as Omni said, are wonderful.

I can't really remember how long I spent on this one, as it's been a long time since I made it. But generally speaking it all depends on the track. Some take 4 hours others a million, lol. Some of my strategy-RPG inspired battle themes have a lot going on, so they generally take more time than say this one. This track has a very minimal beat, and isn't very complicated. I'm guessing I made this in a day, maybe somewhere between 4 and 8 hours. How about you? Your songs are so rich in the production, I'm guessing you invest a lot of time in your tracks and it shows in the quality.

Like you it really depends on the track I`m working on and wheither I`m "feeling the track" or not.

My older tracks I really didn`t spend that much time with at all but recently I`ve learned it`s best to keep a song on my memory card for that bit longer, just in case I can improve on it in any way.

So I`d say the average amount of time I spend on a track nowadays is around 3 - 4 hours.

3-4 hours?!! I imagined you spent like 10 hours+! Wow, I'm impressed. Guess I'm really slow then :B

for me it depends. The average is 4-6 hours, but in rare occasions I can do it in 3 hours and other times it takes 12 hours. It depends if I start from another of my song riff palette and modify them or if I restart from scratch. My last track not on TIMGUL yet took me under an hour to make but it was 1min 30sec long and I used lot of riffs and modified them from Superstar Hero song

Yeah, some of my songs take longer, maybe in the 7 - 8 hour mark depending on the type of track, but generally they take around 4 hours.

It doesn`t mean you`re slow Beoulve, it just means you like to pay care and attention to your music and it shows in the quality and production values.

This is something I rarely have the patience for, I seem to always want to rush a song out as quickly as possible.
Like I said, it`s only recently I`ve started to keep a finished song on my memory card for more than a few days, just in case I decide to go back to it.
I think that`s because I now have an outlet with TIMGUL to get my music heard and this makes me want to try a bit harder.

It's the same with me Omni, if I start creating a song from previous riffs it takes less hours. And of course, some of my really simple tracks have taken me around an hour or two to create. I try to keep everything I create for as long as possible. I still have save files dating back 8 years. There are some tracks that never gets finished, that I tweak and change almost everytime I boot the Music disc. But, in the end it isn't about how many hours you've invested, ultimately it's about the final result.

You two are both experts with the MTVMG/Music software, so even though you spend less hours than I may do, your stuff is friggin' awesome. And Darkbliss, your songs don't sound rushed AT ALL. But I think it's a good idea to keep your savefiles, you never know, right? Lately I have copied my old files onto a PS2 memory card, so that I can make room for new tracks.

This is great man....
The ambiance is wonderful....
The atmosphere created is rich and full of life...
The beat how you double kick it quick, then a delay suits things nicely...
The organs.... nice.....
Top notch again.
