Title: rubber duck acid tests(my first exploration of freeware techno creation
Post by: Casper AudioGhost on March 05, 2009, 01:44:23 PM
hi guys,i have been doing an extensive search for freeware music tools and instruments.i have found a lotta stuff so far that i'm testing including a fl clone that seems to work well.there are a tome of cool music creation freewares and eventually i will write an article about them,as one of my goals is to encourage the composition of electronic music especially by low income ppl,and the general exploitation of cheap technology;
this brings me to the RubberDuck,an acid sim that is freeware,and has slots for two wav samples.i have some bpm imbedded drum loops and other loops that work great with it.anyway i performed a 20 min live freeform set last night on pal to good notice.this works pretty cool as a live instrument,but you can make wavs with it for djing or production too
here are two "tests" i made with it.they came out well
