Fucking awesome.
Superb beats! And the second load of heavy drumming is just phatt! Though it does seem a little "dry" to me.
Love the reverb on the WAH guitar...gives it your own unique sound...very good choice!
Fucking funky bass!
I like the rave-style big beat hits!
Definately one of your best in my opinion...this gives some stiff competition.

Hehe makes me giggle and smile :P while I am bouncing from cloud to cloud in the sky with bubbles floating everywhere and eveything is alright! :D And the vibrating flute note always comes in so randomly it makes me laugh!

Yush as always the reverb adds wonderful, deep dimensions!
Very unusual.. to me, it is tribal in the sense of a video game where you explore woods searching for something and trying to avoid the tribesmen and their creatures. Or exploring a huge egyptian pyramid, fighting off mummies!

Omg love it instantly - wonderful, ear-teasing percussion with a great bass to compliment!

Oooh interesting atmosphere/pad screechy thing, has no body or solidness yet makes for such a quirky and dynamic aural experience. And I you have actually reinstated my love for the Music/MTVMG piano samples with those wonderful melodies you have created with them!

I totally love your stuff s p a c e b a r . Dude if you ever want to collaborate please get in touch!! And maybe you and Fear2Stop should collaborate too!

Awesome name for this too.

Indeed very catchy, it grabs you with that nice choice for a beat!! Good guitars too!

This actually has "the skip-back" factor - whereby, I love the change in key between the different sections so much so that I want to keep skipping back through the track to hear the transitions between them! Lush!!!

Very real and pro sounding guitar!!! So gripping, bright and crisp - the sound of the chugging guitar gives a very good visual in my Synaesthetic mind!

Good drums/breaks, although....I don't know if I am just fussy but could the snare not be emphasised/brightened more to meet the frequency of the hihat?

I think the strings are a real solid addition - they work very well by giving the track some good dynamic variety. From a personal point of view, have you thought about giving the strings some aditional production to give them a deeper, more "gothic" sound with some reverb to really make them authentic, rich and...orchestral perhaps?

Superb congas/bongos at the intro, they have a lovely solid crispness to them and go well with the strings!

ZOMG! Really nice panning!!! I feel like I am spinning around and don't know where I am gonna go or stop!

But OMFG!!!! This is so solid and phatt that if it were a steak it would take a year to eat!!! Fucking heavy!!!
Nice synths to compliment teh the guitar!

Woooooooooooooooow!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rob for such a detailed track-by-track review! I truly appreciate such positive comments! Thanks man.

Thanks for giving your own name to Untitled - I've decided I am going to keep a collection of all the names people give it on my website. I too think this track gets "inside" you.
It is so interesting how well Essence Gardens has gone down considering it is probably my least favourite track lol.
And you too think What Do You See? sounds oriental! So interesting - this was not intentional when I made it, but I like it and I actually agree.
Is Subtle a dream? Probably since it is so lazy it made you unconscious!

I am glad you got a lot of your own images!! This album is designed to leave you to your own thoughts!
Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you again for such a great review! I might have to start colllecting samples of peoples reviews and adding them to my site in a Press type promotion thing :P

Thank you again Rob, so much!!

Wow gorgeous pads!!!
Oooooh being filtered out.... gorgeous. Very smooth.
I absolutely adore the plinky melody/ies....so pretty...icey. So delicate...heaven forbid I should even look at them in case they shatter!
OMG ! OMG ! OMG ! Fantastic drums/percussion - very nice production - crisp. As Rob said though, those pads could do with being louder. Very lovely cymbal crash. FlangeyPads...very nice.

The arpeggiated melody.......PERFECT!! I love all the notes, trickling around my ears...divine!
My ears are buzzing in the delight of this piece of delicious audio. It is quite icey and cold, but not in a bad way....it is like a beautiful and intricately designed Ice Castle!

Also, maybe this is just me, but I think the kick is a little too loud? I dunno, but it gets a bit too much when it is doing the crazy build up bit.

I also like the gaps inbetween the sections, but for me personally the second one could be a little shorter - like the first. But then again....it tricks you into thinking it has finished when it hasn't...which is clever, especially since the reason it is long is because the arpy synth is fading in...which is nice...so I don't know. Lol

Otherwise, a lovely piece :D

Reminds me a bit of Aphex. Trippy and deep. Very nice move to completely change it half way through then end it that way. Very creative - this is art music.
And I too love the name.

Lol I used to use Music 2000 so I know everything about it.
I was just wondering how you mix your samples, because if you were to do it externally (via exporting your samples as .wav's OUT of M2k, then mixing them, then re-importing them) I could offer to help if you wanted. That way might actually be easier? I don't know what other software you use?

Also, can I add you to msn mate?
