This is the remix to my ballad, "evermore", with a darker and less symphonic sound.  Found in The Second Age on album I. The Lost Memoirs.

This is also the second piece of music I have ever written.

Hey julian, forgive me for being a bit stupid but where do I find the download link once I click the link above?

Well, I have some [hopefully temporary] bad news.  GoDaddy charged me more than what they said they were and now I have an issue with the bank and with the webhost.  Unfortunately, the link won't work at this moment, but I'm working diligently to resolve it.

When the link worked, all you needed to do was click it and it should automatically ask you to open or save the file.  It's a direct link to the .mp3.

Please bear with me during this.  It was quite unexpected and has upset me a little.

wow I hate when companies does that to their customers. The phone company here called Bell sometimes charge their customers twice and they got full of lawsuits because of that, thank to their bureaucracy. With 1and1 domain names get renewed automatically it seems, same for hosting packages and they even automatically charges you on your credit card and no additional fees unless you exceed your 1200 GB bandwidth limit in one month, so no worry about not forgetting to pay the bill.

I hope to hear the song soon

I hope everything works out for you, and I hope to hear the song soon.

Thank you for your patience.  I really appreciate it.

The issue has been resolved and the link should work again.  I've updated the link to appropriate the "music" sub-domain.  Once again, you should be able to simply click on it and Save/Open the file.  If not, right-click the link and select Save Target As.

I hope you enjoy it!  And believe me, there a lot more to be posted.

.:DJ Droppin:.

Sorry to hear about all of the troubles.

As for the song... I believe the 1st one I've heard from you.

Excellent piano work, percussion, I like how the strings bleed in too.
I really like the transition about 60% into the song.
A very nice and relaxing song.

I love the atmosphere you create in your songs. I also like the mood you're creating in the intro and the subtle effects.

JulianNachash

Thanks!

I try to create as much mood as possible when I compose ... an overall theme to guide listeners through the story the songs are singing.

I've noticed that it only takes many of you 3 to 6 hours to make a song.  I wish I could do that sometimes.  My songs take at least 8 hours (at least on the MTVMG1).  I worked on one song for over 13 hours once, staying up all night and intensely tweaking as much as I could.  In the end, it turned out to be one of my best, incorperating three bass lines that were transposed into piano at the end.

Again very atmospheric at the beginning...superb, really intracate use of sound.

I can imagine being taken via horse and cart to an ominous looking castle atop a steep mountain...strange I know, but I love music that can make the mind wander.

Your music is very abstract and well produced, I look forward to hearing your other stuff.

Great work.

I've spent a million hours on some of my songs. Take "Battle for the gate" for example, I've lost count on how many hours I've worked on that one. There's nothing wrong with spending many hours on a song. You know, it all depends on what kind of music you create, no?
