Great remix mate, although I have to agree with Tertiary, the kicks are a tad too loud.

Overall though excellent work, you`re still making great progress, keep it up!  ;)

By the way Spacekid, the sampling feature on M2K is very limited and using Audicity to implement your samples is fine by my book so I think your entry is completely valid.  ;)

What do you guys think?

I don`t want to get involved in all the politics, I just want to comment on Rob`s, quite frankly, AMAZING track.

The intro is one of the best I`ve heard, then the beat kicks in at 1.27, just awsome.

Mate I`m amazed at the overall production of this track, the dreamy melodies, the beautiful string work, it just drips with absolute class.

What`s this at 3.46? Are we taking a turn to the darker side of Christmas? Fuckin awsome!

Rob this is without a doubt one of the best tracks I`ve ever heard on TIMGUL, you are definitely one of my favourite artists here without a shadow of a doubt, just truly amazing stuff.

Ah yes, classic Spacekid stuff. Very futuristic sounding, lovely fat bassline, awsome use of panning and samples too.

I LOVE the ending! How did you do that?

Brilliant stuff mate.

Awsome entry dude, you`ve managed to create a credible track whilst retaining the overall spirit of Christmas.

The main melody sounds like it could feature in a Tim Burton movie, very dreamlike.

Awsome work.

I really shouldn`t take any credit for this as I merely shown Steve how to use Audacity to generate various effects.

Anyway mate, this a cool remix of one of your best tracks, I think you`ve just pipped the newby stage!  ;)

AWSOME!!!!

An excellent alternative dance track, very progressive....is that the strings from "The Shining" I hear in the background?

Excellent stuff Spacekid.

Wow, brilliant reverb effects, I`m not familiar with the song but the lyrics are beautiful.

Was this made on M2000?

You are the electro master dude, top job yet again.

Awsome beat man, wnderful acid effects and panning, as always brilliant vocals that suit this style perfectly.

Great work mate.

Awsome panning at the start Rob, I`m waiting for the bass...am I gonna get it? Of course I am, 39 seconds!

Wonderful stuff Rob, this is a track destined to be played at high volume in my car.

Love the "yoooooooooo" at the start, awsome stuff.

There`s a real dark/retro/electro feel to this track, the blippy melody reminds me a lot of the 8 bit Caslevania games.

As always a very unique style you`ve got going on here...I`m guessing you called it Audacity because you used Audacity to impliment the vocal at the start etc?

Brilliant work my friend.

As usual a very strange style from you...nice string work too.

The beat that comes in at 1.30 is great, theres a real emotive feel to this track...is the section of complete silence towards the end intentional? It`s a strange move but works well in a song like this.

Without a doubt my favourite of yours thus far dude.

Inspired vocal samples, absoloutely gorgeous sci fi plinky plonkyness.

If I close my eyes I can just imagine soaring through the stratosphere...man this is beautiful stuff, really. Superb string arrangements, as always this is all complimented perfectly by the awsome bassline.

Bass, mate, you are a genius, it`s as simple as that.

By the way, you should check out Orbital`s stuff, they too are genius`, you`d like them, here`s a track by them.

ASTOUNDING.

This is just one of the words I`d use to describe this track Rob.

This is a seriously impressive piece of music, like an electronic orchestra. Awsome blend of ambience and electro, beautiful strings, superb arrangement.

Genius.

Casper this is a VERY cool track.

This is the kind of track I`d love to have playing whilst I`m chilling out on another level if you know what I mean.

The subtle acid effects are expertly crafted and manipulated, the way they evolve as the track goes on is amazing. Also, the whole thing sounds so crystal clear.

A wonderful, progressive piece right here Casper, awsome stuff.

...and the award for best title of the year goes to...THE LYRICIST!

Very trippy tune, I think my brain just melted.

You`re definitely getting better mate, keep it up.

A good first effort from you Steve, better than I remember my first attempts being way back in 1999.

You`ve even had a couple of tracks played on my car stereo!

Keep at it mate.  ;)
