yea the mail error thing is annoying, it's because some hacker wrote files that made email be sent from my acount to 10000 ppl in half a week so my web host disabled my email priviledges, and it seems to interfer with the forums :(
at least posts still sends tho

There are no rules about bumping topics, except of course if someone asks for help about a very uncommon problem and you wait 3 years to reply :P
Since this forum hasn't been around for that long it is less likely to happen though
