Does anyone have an update on whether gimmesound actually followed through on their word about paying their artist more money for their downloads, rather than 1 cent a download, like I heard they did a couple of months ago.
I gave it up since I was downloading tons from other members but almost nobody was doing the same for me.
I hadn't even heard of this Gimmesound site.... Is it at all similar to Soundclick? www.soundclick.com
Well the pay date has changed from the 20th of every month, to the end of every month. I have seen a lot more adverts on the sit recently, so clearly it has gained more commercial backing. I hope that my 100+ downloads with get me a lot more than $0.01 (less than 1p) per download.

So for 131 downloads last month, plus 16 downloads the previous month, I have earned in total $2.62
Is it worth it? Whatever was Quade talking about when he was all "omfgz lolz... 45p per download ftw!!!11!1!!!!1"
