Title: Gimme The Rhythm
Post by: .:DJ Droppin:. on September 25, 2009, 09:02:07 PM
Gimme The Rhythm                    Gimme The Rhythm                    Gimme The Rhythm                    Gimme The Rhythm

A hybrid bass/techno/trance song.... Compared to my usual sound this is rather catchy.

I hope you all like it. :)

Duration: 4:39

Made with Sony PS1/MTV Music Generator 2000

Blonde, catchy indeed. In fact likely my most catchy theme track ever. Elements of trance, dance, techno, and of course pounding bass. I also kept some of my [F]uturistic [H]ypnotic sound mixed into it. I feel it's a very complete track. Thanks for listening.

I agree, very complete, very finely tuned. Lots of subtle nuances that make it great.
Love it :)

Thanks for listening everyone and glad you liked it. Definitely more dancy/club sound than anything I've made. The bass pounds big time too....

Nak, I had it linked in the middle whoops. Now it's posted at the beginning.

Ah this is great!!!!!! I love the filtery synths - very good use of the synths to get the filter effect. The drums are just utterly fantastic!!!!! Superb.

Wow I love the effects in this track, very good use of Panning and as for the Filter.. very cool indeed. Loving that deep bass playing along side those Synths and liking the Snare playing along in the beat to. Great production.

Thanks Rikki, and Mike. Panning and change of volume/reverb is really the key to improved production or sound clarity... I use multiple panning patterns to achieve this. I'm glad you liked the song thanks for listening.

Another bass pounder from the Launch. As always crystal clear production, amazing attention to detail, your other worldly vibe is present and correct.

Brilliant.

Welcome back Rob.

Agreed.

However my favourite part of the track is the drums. I just.... ah... they are so perfect and beautiful. Thanks for bringing them into my life :D

Thanks, J. This one was far more club/dance sounding from any of my other bass oriented tracks. I really like how the arps and chords came out. Rikki, thanks m8. I tried some different techniques with the drums/kicks too.
