Here's my entry "Christmas Canon(Medley)" .... I used the melody from the classical masterpiece Pachelbel's Canon. Added my own twist with sleigh bells and what not. I tried to incorporate many different styles too.

I hope you all like it. :)

Commented in the contest thread....still just as awesome as when I first heard it...if you put out a cd, I'll be in line to get it. You rule. That is all.

Great pads, really dug the piano arrangements and beats. Was not prepared for the dark and sadistic sounding twist in tone but I thought it cool, and then it switches back to the slightly brighter side again with the bells even more noticable this time around. Great ending, kinda eerie and dark.

Another great track from you, nice production.

I would love to get a CD out there. I may sell songs via SoundClick unsure just yet. Thanks for the comments.

Thanks I tried to make the pads very airy if not heavenly. I didn't try to go too dark was trying to incorporate trance elements. I wasn't entirely sold on leaving that section in the song for the finished product, but I wanted a profound change and more of a 'medley' theme. I even had a guitar with a metal theme originally, but I ran out of memory. Thanks for the comments.

Well Rob as I told you on Yahoo, she's a beast! I mean fucking hell, the intro ALONE deserves a special mention. A very strong entry, I will not waste time racking my brains but rather find what I said on Yahoo and use copy/paste.

Thanks again m8. I'm very pleased with it and maybe I'll win a prize... It was just fun to enter a song with you all.

Has a very contemplative atmosphere, very strong mixing- i need to find the patience to detail my panning- listening on headpones to your songs is always a trip with the panning

Thanks so much for listening. Detailed panning sure can take awhile. Of course over time you get quicker with such techniques, but it does depend on how complex your panning is too.
