Cheers, man; I'd say your repetition is virtue though!  :D
I guess I would have to admit to certain amount of '80s influence - after all I was first into pop music in 1987 when I was 13 (will be a bloody pensioner soon!).

                                               Residing from Southampton, UK,
DJ Eddy has been a member of TIMGUL since 2010.

Where as he hasn't been on the scene as long as some, but his music
more than makes up for it! 'Rhythmic composer' is what I'd call him. An
uptempo blend of club music, elements of DnB and Techno that you can dance
to, or just jam away to. I would call him a master at producing, song structure, use
of panning and reverb are superb. He is extraordinary at placing voice samples right
along with a devastating hook. His music quite often has a real "feeling good, vibrant"
happy sound to it. His music is very catchy with melodies you want to hear again and again.
When you listen to his music you quickly realize that he knows what he is doing. I honestly feel
that he may be an underrated artist here on TIMGUL and hope he continues to pursue his musical
talents. He is a real good m8, friendly to all, encouraging leaving good, positive feedback for others.
He is a great addition to TIMGUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check out his music Today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last post by Rmn - July 01, 2011, 11:02:19 AM
Hi,

I'm just here to see how things happen in the community, and glad to be back on the m2k feeling, that remind me the good times.
Even if i don't use this program today, i still do music but in another DAW.

MUSIC series discussion / M2k samples
Last post by Rmn - July 01, 2011, 10:37:47 AM
Hi everybody ! (my first post here)

Some times ago i found in my old stuffs, the original CD of Music 2000 for computer.
I'm today 20, so i played with it when i was young, and the sound of M2k remind me the perfect mood of my childhood.

Today i'm mixing with REAPER (Cockos) and i'd like to use the samples of M2k into it.

Dunno if it's legit but, something sure, i do music as a hobbie, no commercial.

I tried to extract cabs files from the CD, but no results.

A similar thread had been posted 1 year ago :

Do someone ever ear about a samples pack ?

Thanks.

i hate to hear when anyone gifted gives up just making music-the way i feel is i was a born star wheather my music is sold or given away-i'm just a born recording artist plain and simple and nothing can change that except me giving up-all of the guys like eddy and dan who say they are quitting are born artists just like me-just like all of you-it's not money or fame that makes you a star-it's the passion and talent god gave you-take a break but never give up--casper

thanx to u yall, im glad yall enjoyed it.

i was thinkin bout putting an end to my experimenting and go back to horrorcore (simply because i miss it), but there's still some styles i haven't fuckin wit yet (ive experimented wit rave, rock, (this), dubstep (i think...im still questioning da genre of "1bowl 1spoon 1cup & 1round", and "Ruptured Hydronium"), industrial (with could pass off as horrorcore tho), speedcore, and mainstream style hip hop (unfortunately).  but idk...i just have to see wat happens.

(subliminal message backwards) ...swonk ohw kcart bnd a htiw krow thgim tsuj i...

btw...i will post up some horrorcore tracks (once i finish them) that ive been working on/neglected in da mist of my experimenting.

Terminal

Weird how some days you can feel lost and be like " I can't write anything , nothings coming " and other weeks you just can't seem to stop yourself.

i know wat u mean, that's happened to me about 3 to 4 times lol.  but anyways...luv this track dude, fuckin impressive.  that "long horn" adds that extra bit of epicness to it (and it's stuck in my head :) ).

like wat knowlesy said, i can definitely hear that 80's sound in this track.  luv the bass line, sfx, and (of course) drumwork (u can pretty much tell that im a big fan of u drumwork...i'll just point out other elements in ur tracks that i really luv for now on cuz im starting to sound hella repetitive lol).  great work arcane.
