I never know what i'm creating just start out something, its a joy to pick up the pad and mess about. Yeah making dark sounds is tough..even tougher through headphones which is what I have to suffer most of the time. Still to listen to yr latest tunes, (the ones I haven't commented already.) Definitely diggin yr Music.

Lost songs (MUSIC/MTVMG) / Re: the Nasty
November 15, 2008, 12:06:49 AM
Just so happens I have my game on now, if you mean the sound that plays along with the sub then its lead sizzit,(the main part of the tune.) Basically created a tight wave in the volume envelope, changed the sample start. Long sample Scale4 going down to 3

Ta for the comment  :D

TITLE- War on tellus
AUTHOR- 147 crew
FILETYPE- Mp3 Sound Test + Full Vid Link
PROGRAMME USED- MUSIC2000 on psONE
DESCRIPTION- Before recording the vid I check the loudest sound without distortion in Audacity. This is around 1m22 of the start of my Tune war on Tellus. Not a lot like the others but has mainly the same samples, 170bpm creating some nice rhythms and plenty of melodies.

Just thought i'd add..

I use Cam-studio (Free) I only have windows 2000 so I can't even use WMM. To convert to FLV you can use various programmes just google it. Cam-studio is .avi

Before I record I load audacity and play at various volumes to keep in the channels, then record at that volume. There are some topics about recording posted elsewhere too.

thanks, will keep this one for the future..

I was gonna quote the whole piece as I totally understand where your coming from. Maybe make up some random beats and stuff, leave lots of spaces, when yr a bit mashed go back and sort out what you got down. I was stoned for 7 yrs whilst making tunes, not as bad now. "drugs are bad, don't do drugs mmmmk"

Listen to some of yr favourite tunes aswell, always helps me anyway
