I composed some tracks from Jeff Waynes war of the worlds using music 2000.  Some tracks were okay but some kinda go over the top like the strings on this tune.        but i still uploaded it anyway (GOD HELP ME)

For some reasons at the beginning the sound seems screwed up because I only hear it from one side of the speakers -.- but the song is not bad in overall. Is it from the Sci-fi War Of The World movie that was recenty released (2006 IIRC)? I saw this one once

Bits of the melody remind me of 'Send Me an Angel' (can't remember band name) but it was in 82-83 I think. This is pretty evocative. Total '80s night music (you have the vibe down pat).

By the way, the name of the band is Real Life. Eve Of The War reminds me their Send Me An Angel too. Well done .
